FAIRFIELD COUNTY ALCOHOL, DRUG ADDICTION AND MENTAL HEALTH (ADAMH) BOARD IS RAISING HOPE, NOT TAXES.

ADAMH HAS AN IMPORTANT RENEWAL LEVY ON THE NOVEMBER 5, 2024 BALLOT.

This is a renewal, no new taxes, and the cost of this levy will continue to be $13 a year per $100,000 of property value

We need the services and programs funded by ADAMH now more than ever because the need for services for residents with substance use and mental health disorders keeps increasing each year, especially after the isolation of the covid years. We know Treatment works and Recovery is possible, there is reason for Hope!!
Fairfield County ADAMH receives about 60% of its budget from local levy revenue. This allows the ADAMH board to provide funding for innovative programming that responds directly to LOCAL needs.
ADAMH board services are the safety net for mental health and substance use services in Fairfield County, including Crisis Services available 24/7 anywhere in Fairfield County.
This levy will continue the vital services in place now, including STARlight and Venture Place, both responses to community identified needs.
This levy will allow ADAMH to expand services to more youth and older adults, populations identified by the community as needing more help.
Early Voting begins October 8th, and Election Day is November 5th.
